Apple Inc. for decades has led the world in technological developments from the first computer to portable music without tapes or compact discs to the small mobile phone that includes video capabilities. But Apple must not stop innovating to stay ahead of both the competition as well as customer’s needs.

Value Proposition
As Apple Inc. has been a leader in both new technology as well as mobile communications, they are perfectly situated to bring the next level of service by combining the next level of technology with remote communications.
Apple’s technology crosses across generations and cultures. Their product line includes mobile phones, laptops, tablets, wearable smart technology, cloud services, television streaming, a line of accessories specific to their product line, and cashless payment service.

Profitability
Apple (APPL), a publicly-traded company on the Nasdaq Stock Market currently has 16,406,397,000 shares of common stock issued as of October 21 (Apple, 2021).  Apple’s gross margin has increased year over year (~3%) with a lower growth rate in 2020 due to the experience of the Global Pandemic.  Additionally, Apple’s operating costs continue to decrease ~2% thus supporting the company’s increased profitability.  The total profitability at the end of 2021 totaled 41.8%.

New Product/Service

The new product/service identified for Apple combines its technological capabilities with its mobile/remote communications. Apple will provide a product and service line providing holographic remote meeting capabilities with full visual and audio capabilities, not requiring individual headgear. Apple’s new product/service will provide a virtual interactive whiteboard for collaborative team engagement.
This technology will benefit both businesses as well as personal users, bringing teams and families closer together, in a cost-effective manner.

New Product/Service Projections
Apple knows this is the best time to launch this new product and associated service. As the professional industry continues to evolve into a greater work-life balance along with finding ways to be cost effective yet productive this technology is the world’s gateway to the new tomorrow.

Adding this product and service will only allow them to add yet another layer to their business structure, diversification and profitability.
